DEFENSExxxVOLLEYBALL

Kon’nichiwa, min’na!! It’s me again Jv Burlas a.k.a the WAIS BOI. I’m back again and again and again to share to you my weekly blog and now we’re at my 6th blog out of 7 blogs. and today we’re going to tackle about the highlight of this week which are our defense in our research and our time playing volleyball.

So, first is our defense in research, defending your product in front of panels that will give you lots of questions or will try to break your study is very very hard for us. It makes us nervous since we don’t have such confidence like others who get used to speak in many people. But successfully we overcomed that situation and thanks to the help of our research adviser MR. Jan Nikko Gerasta for the non-stop support in helping us.

the mighty warriors

Second is our play time in volleyball.

V-ball Time

Since exams and defense are done and i can sense to myself that my classmates are very stress because of the busy weekdays. Our president think that we need to “Stress Free” ourselves and in that way we play volleyball and yes! we regain our energy back with the help of this sports.

RAP-RAP-RAP-RAPPELLING!

Kon’nichiwa, min’na!! It’s me again Jv Burlas a.k.a the WAIS BOI. I’m back again and again and again to share to you my weekly blog and now we’re at my fifth blog out of 7 blogs. and today we’re going to tackle about the highlight of this week which is our rapelling in our P.E subject.

Are you afraid of heights? Huh! Well for me, Height is the scariest thing for me because I have phobia on heights. Let me tell you of my story how i get my phobia in heights. When i was a kid i’m on a tree and it was windy and just hanging on a small branch of tree then suddenly it was getting cracked and fell on ground crying and crying and crying until my mother notice me. That how i get my phobia on height.

Wednesday morning our subject on PE is all about rappelling is the right time to counter my phobia and guess what? I successfully perform the rappelling without getting nervous even though it is not as high as what other climbers climb.

“Climbing is as close as we can come to flying”

-Margaret Young

That quote really is realistic like as you climb you feel like a bird that seeing the above without wings and that is the most beautiful thing that will happen to your life like all of the problems, stress, and works will vanished in a glimpse of time, you just thinking how beautiful the world above there you will appreciate it wholeheartedly.

Exploring the civil engineering laboratory is quite fun. First of all i myself is not really piqued about entering the world of civil engineers because i really thought that it’s alll about drawings and sketching floor plans and houses. but it was all misunderstanding. i myself witness how nice is civil engineering is. and i am impressed how they introduced to us the machines they used especially the machine that will give you the exact sizes of stones. Since my mother is a student of Civil engineering and she told me that it is fun.

Not Also civil engineering courses are introduced to us but mostly of the engineering courses that saint michael’s college offers to all students. Sad because my first choice is mechanical engr. and michael’s didn’t offer some courses HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH.

making research is not easy and not so fun at all, but research will help you to deeply think in many ways like how to innovate products event though most of it are existing products which that will help improve your imagination.

This is our product in research entitle “ANTI-THEFT ATTACHE CASE POWERED WITH ARDUINO UNO”. Our research is all about attaching an anti-theft device into our suitcase or attache case to avoid stealing. it is really assurance that with the help of our product it can lesser the percentage of being stolen. It is effective especially to those people who always brings lots of important things like papers (important papers) and others.

Aside From doing our research we also talk about what will be our next product for our entrepreneur subject because most of our meetings we hardly to think what will be our product for our grand expo held in this month of february.

I'm back again and again and again to share to you my weekly blog and now we're at my second blog out of 7 blogs. and today we're going to tackle about the highlight of this week which are the EXAMINATION and our trip to Cagayan with my best buddies in room.

January 23rd and 24th of 2020 was our Third Quarterly examination and the day before our exams most of our classmates prepare for it like all of our vacant was mostly studying without wasting time because when exam is approaching we have this mindset that “time is gold”, and yes it’s exactly the truth to us students because most of us afraid to have failing grades so we really need to exert more effort onto it. 8 sharp in the morning our adviser conducted already the examination and we took 3 subjects for the first day of exams and 2 subjects on the second day of exams.

D’SPLASH BLOG

Kon'nichiwa, min'na!! This is my First blog ever since in my life so i'm not good at all. to end my week, i will share to you the highlight for this week.

Learning safety precautions in swimming is very helpful nowadays because most of us people love to swim and spending their time in water over playing computer games and etc..
Thanks to our facilitator/teacher for sharing his knowledge in swimming about rules and regulations even basic learnings in swimming can help you prevent accidents while having fun in pools.

The purpose of our swimming activity is to insert knowledge for us to know what to do if there is emergency or in saving drowning people because many people encountered this kind of accidents and has lack of knowledge in helping and also to learn basic proper strokes and water exits.

The flow of our activity:
First, we do some stretching to avoid injuries and stretching also in water like biking and walking in water. also we adopt the temperature of the water.
Second, the facilitator introduces to us the water exits and proper stroke in swimming also the bubbles(inhaling and exhaling in water).
Third, we play ‘the boat is sinking’ in which you need to swim underwater. and we hold our breath 10 seconds as we apply the floating skills.

That’s all for today’s blog. Thank you for spending your time reading my Blog
See you next week!!

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
